Employees working 30 hours or more qualify for benefits. If you choose not to make an active selection, current medical coverage will terminate June 30th and all other benefits will terminate August 31st.
Benefits become effective July 1, 2017 for medical and September 1, 2017 for all other benefits. All benefit plan designs, carriers, and rates will remain the same for 2017-2018 plan year except for a slight increase in dental rates.
